Information we collect

We store your name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, guest counts, requests, accepted booking terms and payment references. We use this information to manage availability, confirm your stay, issue an invoice and provide guest support. Do not submit sensitive personal information in special requests.

Payments and email

Yoco processes card payments on its secure hosted checkout. We do not collect or store full card details. Confirmation emails and PDF invoices are sent through our configured email hosting provider. Authorised staff can access booking records through a protected dashboard.

Cookies and security

Essential session cookies support secure forms and staff sign-in. Booking status and invoices use private links; keep these links confidential. This booking system does not add advertising trackers. Security records may include staff actions and hashed sign-in attempt identifiers.

Retention and your requests

Booking and financial records are retained for administration, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we are required to retain. Ask us for our current retention schedule and hosting details.
